After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation and your ticket via email. The email will contain a PKPASS file as well as a printable PDF. Please ensure your email address is entered correctly. If you do not receive your ticket via email, registered users can download their valid tickets again from their order history in their customer account or request that the delivery email be resent. Print one copy of the ticket before your journey on a standard (DIN A4) white sheet of paper using black ink. Printing multiple copies will not incur additional charges. The ticket from the VRS ticket shop is a personal ticket; please have a valid photo ID ready.
