The personal data collected from the customer during the online sale of public transport tickets, under the responsibility of Rhein-Sieg-Verkehrsgesellschaft mbH, Steinstraße 31, 53844 Troisdorf, is used for the performance of the contract or for pre-contractual measures, e.g., for shipping and billing. The legal basis is Article 6 Paragraph 1 Letter b) GDPR. Without the necessary data from the subscription form, the conclusion of a subscription contract is not possible. If the customer has given their explicit consent, data may also be used for our own advertising and/or for market and opinion research purposes via the agreed channels (telephone, SMS, email). The legal basis for this is Article 6 Paragraph 1 Letter a) GDPR. Consent can be withdrawn at any time. Personal data will be stored for the duration of the contract until its invoicing (receipt of payment). If statutory retention periods apply, we will comply with them. Data will only be disclosed to third parties to fulfill legal obligations (e.g., due to tax law provisions). Data will not be transferred to international organizations or entities outside the EU.
