As a registered customer, log in to your customer account. For a single VRS ticket purchase, you can find your ordered tickets in your order history or under "My Orders" and download the still-valid tickets again or resend the delivery email. For a Germany Ticket subscription, you will find the files in your customer account under "Subscriptions".
