You will receive a PKPASS file for a wallet app and a PDF file via email. For a single VRS ticket, print the PDF file in its original format on a DIN A4 page. Printing is not permitted for a Deutschlandticket. However, the PDF file can be displayed on your smartphone (ticket-to-show). To view and print the PDF, use a program such as Adobe Acrobat Reader, which you can download and install from Adobe.
