You can purchase a VRS ticket from the VRS ticket shop without registering. You will receive the ticket by email as an attached PDF file and a PKPASS file for wallet apps. However, to retrieve a ticket again, please create a customer account during the ordering process. For single VRS ticket purchases, registered customers can retrieve any ticket again in their customer account under "My Orders" or resend the delivery email. For a Deutschlandticket subscription, you will find the files in your customer account under "Subscriptions." These retrievals are not charged again. As VRS tickets are personal tickets, please have a valid photo ID available for the entire duration of your journey.
