You can purchase a ticket from the VRS ticket shop without registering. You will receive the ticket by email as an attached PDF file and a PKPASS file for wallet apps. However, to retrieve a ticket again, please create a customer account during the ordering process. For single ticket purchases, registered customers can retrieve any ticket again in their customer account under "My Orders" or resend the delivery email. For a Deutschlandticket subscription, you will find the files in your customer account under "Subscriptions." These retrievals are not charged again. As tickets are personal tickets, please have a valid photo ID available for the entire duration of your journey.
